Primal Scream have done some dub influenced tracks, So has Bill Laswell, Ruts DC, The Slits.
Personally i prefer the traditional sound in reggae, But love the collaborations of other world music

I love "Kill all the white men" by NoFx.

I like punks, but their music never gave me anything. It's nice that so many punks and punk bands seem to love reggae, but I could never see the connection that reggae and punk seem to have. Okay they're both "anti-system" yeah, but musically?

There's an interview with Don Letts you can find on youtube and he explains the connection.

its pretty much the punk guys gravitating to reggae and not the other way around.
