Just in case anyone has missed it Pressure sounds have a new album out of dub mixes by Dennis Bovell.
It's New mixes of vintage tracks. Mixed at Mad Professor's studio
I got my copy recently it's very good. The mixes sound like they came right out of the 70's
I really do think Dennis is an outstanding dub remixer equal of any of his JA contemporaries

Dennis Bovell is one of the finest producers in reggae in my opinion. Really looking forward to this set.

just previewed some of the tracks and they sound fantastic-big fan of the man, i agree with you kalcidis he is one of the best. Only appears to be available as a MP3 bundle(?)though- or am i being thick?

I got the MP3. But I'm sure I saw mention of an LP release on the pressure sounds website

it does say a double lp and cd but i cant find a link to it on the website anywhere. Anyone got any ideas?also checked dub vendor website and its not on there...

Thought I might order it from the Pressure Sounds website, but then I saw this...
"Please be aware that we are unable to accept resposibility for missing orders and, if you do not choose insurance and your order goes missing, we are unable to send out a replacement order."
Put me off a bit.
Not to say that there's anything dodgy at all (I've bought from PS a few times before with no problems at all), but I'd certainly never buy from an eBay seller that stated that in their item listing.
Also, if people pay by Paypal, I don't think that they can actually enforce that term if someone opens a case for item not received. Unless the seller has a tracking number with proof of delivery, Paypal find for the buyer by default and refund them, per their terms of service.
Just some musings of a morning...
