Re: Ranking Dread
I'm actually thinking of deleting that info on the Stand Firm pre-release since I can't find any notes on where I got that information. I'm not fond of putting up details on things that I'm not positive are true and that detail has bugged me for some while. Searching through my notes on Ranking Dreads discog and I can't find the info again on how many copies where pressed.
Re: Ranking Dread
It was in 1981 when I first heard this song... "Lots of Loving".
I was working at McDonalds in Montreal and Lennox walked in and said, "Doug, listen to this".
As I listened to the first 10 seconds of this song, I knew right away it was a riddem of Dennis Brown (Sitting and Watching).
I fell in love with it..
It is now 2009, and I am still listening to it.

Re: Ranking Dread
Mickey, I stated twice on the first page (four years ago...) that '86 was rather unlikely and putting my bets on '96. So I'm thinking you either misread or didn't read at all.
