yes it is, several of these tunes feature in some way on other tamoki wambesi albums, they all seem like Roy Cousins tunes to me.Some were used in scientist`s kingdom records releases.

Indeed, label says Presenting Scientist...and sleeve says Introducing Scientist. It is the same LP as Scientist At King Tubbys, but with track names and arrangement different

Scientist meets roots radics has some terrific dubs on it, it seems an early 80s scientist set of hits.All these dubs are immense in fact.
