id like to hear the 15 dubshots by culture.i accept high priest of dub is a great album, especially hail him in dub, track 1 i think.scientisty is just so slick and cultured in these kingdom records releases, much better than his greensleeves dubs.

Scientist's "Vampires" and "Space Invaders" are my two faves probably in being exciting from beginning to end.

Re: Favorite Dub Album?
Should really be favourite Dub albums.
From a personal 'istry point of view I really love the Scientist V Prince Jammy Big Showdown and Scientist Heavyweight Dub Champion because they were the first Dub albums I heard but also because they are so melodic and well crafted.
Other albums have been favourites over the years at different times:
Better Dub Studio 1 was a vinyl album I was very happy to get and set me off on a Studio 1 voyage of discovery.
Pablo's Chanting Dub is an excellent set I don't read or hear too much about. Really excellent selection of dubs mixed by Sylvan Morris. If he called himself the Dub Conqueror or something catchy we might be paying more attention to him...bought this in Pablo's shop in Kn so that adds to the good feeling when giving it a listen.
Most of the Blood & Fire reissue dub stuff is so well chosen and remastered, it is hard to pick one as a favourite.
The Randy's Forward the Bass CD is excellent and there's one track on there that is both funny and a sort of Dub tutorial 'Ordinary Version Chapter 3'. And it is a nice track too - 'jus leave the studio suh!'. Lots of other great stuff on there too.
Jesus Dread (Yabba You), Termination Dub (Glen Brown King Tubby)...
Derrick Harriot's More Scrubbing the Dub. Cheesy yes, but nice...though a lot of the tracks are really instrumentals.
The Harry Mudie King Tubby Dub conference albums vols 1-3 (first two are stronger as I remember it)
I haven't listened to it for a long while but I remember getting a lot of mileage from Niney's 'Present Dub' (featuring Soul Syndicate)
Lee Perry's Super Ape album really impressed and influenced me a few years ago - I kind of overdosed on LP stuff so I don't listen to it much these days.
All of the Joe Gibbs African Dub chapters. I don't know why some people criticize the 'over use' of sound effects. Great music, great mixes and great fun.
I remember getting a LOT of listening pleasure from a probably dodgy Esoldun collection of Tubby dubs called Shining Dub - most of which is probably just picked up from other better collections. But at the time I was discovering Dub and i like it a lot.
King Tubby's Dangerous Dub. i really wasn't expecting much from this when i bought it a few years ago. Actually very good stuff. Supposedly one of the last dub things he worked on before his tragic and untimely death.
I could go on and on remembering dub albums that moved me at one time or another - but you get the point. For me it's all about what sounds good and gives me pleasure at a particular time...

"Chant Down Babylon Kingdom" - Vivian jackson (yabby you) = my current fav.
Upsetters - "Super Ape" is what introduced me to Dub, so will always be tops for me.
