Sorry to have gone over old ground ) but I have read alot of the posts (but not all) so respect to all you who have posted and keep it going for so long...

I forgot to add KT meets Jacob Miller in a Tenement Yard (or E-E-Saw in dub)...I have the Jacob EESaw vocal on vinyl and the dub on CD, it is majetic, do try to get it and if you see it on vinyl, beware, it fetches a hefty amount...

As I love roots and culture I invite all to join my spotify group Roots and Culture, or check out some of my playlists

One of my current favourites is Scientist "Dub Landing" - listen to it, it's great!

Yes red eyes, dub landing 1 and 2 are both available on cd, they came out on 1 cd in 2007, but i heard em both on lp way back in 1985, stupendously supreme dub, i must say

Most definately 'Harry Mudie Meets King Tubby's in Dub Conference: Volume One', with the most crucial cut being 'Heavy Duty Dub'. No joke business on this LP, 10/10.

"the most crucial cut being 'Heavy Duty Dub'"

Nice one Skizm, I agree: this dub is the best...just brilliant !
kind of jazzy instrudub, still serious King Tubbs.

@Bassi

Indeed. I remember back when I heard that track the first time. I was visiting a friend in another city and we were talking a bunch of reggae and spinning records. All of a sudden he runs that tune and it blew my socks clean off. It was like re-discovering dub for the first time again. Just a beautiful piece of dub. =)
