yes dread vee, the choices you make there are definitely all absolute classics. i love slum dub by gregory as its truly a mark of prince jammys dub genius, i used to have it on lp, and what a grand cover it had too.

king tubby-explosive dub on camel records, a brad osbourne 1970s release, is an exceptional album. at the start of the 19 dubs on the cd i felt a similar vibe to slum, which is a gregory dub set. on track 4 theres an ace track similar to one of them classics from slum. great album, i,d recommend you get it if you see it.

Hello Folks
I am new to this forum, so I'd like to say hello firstly.
My favourite dub album has to be Scientist Meets the Space Invaders, particularly for the track Dematerialize.
Honourable mentions to: -
Mikey Dread - African Anthem
Keith Hudson - Pick a Dub

anyone know/anyone heard KING AT THE CONTROL and KING TUBBY THE DUBMASTER WITH THE WATERHOUSE POSSE? tremendous 1980s albums, wicked riddims, tubby wore his famous "favourite brown vest" on cover of the lp first mentioned above. its got tracks named eastwood dub and general saint dub,and it has a replica of london bridge special from dangerous dub, with the difference of an added vocal intro from a guy singing "you i love and not another, you may change but i will never".great dub

DUB FOREVER, a nicely cheap two disc set on delta records. one cd has a track 9 which starts with a vocal snippet "king tubbys..to fatman"..followed by a corking dub. when you hear it you really must dance, you see

9.11 Dub is pretty good. It's got enough neat tracks to make up for the few duds - my opinion only

)
Well worth checking out, as is Nightshade Meets Scientist which I like also
Keep Dubbin!
