this was/is bunny's sometime woman, like bob and peter, they practiced the same, he hid it behind the j. watt name for copyright reasons/royalty of his songs so it would not go in danny sims' pocket or whoever they was contracted to

OK, so did Jean Watt actually sing on the tracks ? It doesn't sound like Bob, it could be Bunny ? but it sounds like a womens voice (i don't know)?

After googling around several sites claim that Jean Watt is a pseudonym for the great Judy Mowatt. So... was Bunny married with Judy Mowatt and is she the mother to Bunnys daughter Ngeri Livingston?

jean watt is the longtime companion for bunny and is risponsible for penning "hallelujah time" and 'pass it on'.it's actually bunny wailer singing in a falsetto voice as he rarely did

In an interview Jamaica Gleaner made with Judy Mowatt 2000, she says that the pseudonym "Jean Watt" was invented by Lee Scratch Perry to help Judy Mowatt. She had a very bad contract with Federal Records and had to change her name to get credits and royalties for her new compositions/recordings.

Its not impossible that Bunny Livingston/Wailer used the same name – Jean Watt – as his girlfriend Judy Mowatt. Jean Watt was maybe only a kind of brand name they both used to get payed for their music.
They where never married but were cotenants.
