Reggae artist in the shadow for a long time

Anybody knows any reggae artist in the shadow or low profile or simple a one killer track artist
my list is:
Judah eskender taffari - ok he has a album recently 2004 but he made some killer tracks during the 80'
Kiddus I - Ok inna the yard but he has 6 or 7 roots tracks during the late 70's and 80'
Pablove black - 1 intrumental album anything else?
what about Gold? the vocal partner of don carlos

or simple any artist with one killer album
