interesting stuff. i play on a dub sound system and i reckon robot dub is the most likely for that kind of use, especially if it had an extra bassline bouncing in the mix. Never forget to LEAD WITH THE BASS

Dub Sound System eh? Sounds interesting! Where do you play?

As for Robot Dub it is a little curious - it actually has 2 bass lines - one real bass and one synth - I have found though, that on some smaller speakers, the real bass line gets lost a bit - but on a fuller range system it should be pretty thrusty!

Hi all - just about to send out the last free cdr I'm afraid!

So Simon Layton - you will be the lucky last recipient!

Going to start work on the full artwork version and try to get that up for sale (will probably start with a ltd indie label run on my own bass2 label) - so have your money ready for a real reggae rarity!

you can still listen to the album free on:

Excellent stuff Selecta - keep up the good work and give my love and respect to your radio friends and thank them for helping to spread the word about MightyZ music!

I am working in earnest now on a follow up to Mighty Dub (probably Mighty Dub 2 - at least that is the working title for now!) - hope to give you some advanced snippets of that soon!

Just a bit of an aside for those who've enjoyed the cd's I've sent or just heard the last.fm streaming tracks.

I'm preparing to take Mighty Dub on the road - getting a small band together to perform the tracks live. First dates should be in about 3 months.

I'll give more details of when we will be playing later in cases anyone is interested.

I am interested to know if any of you are running reggae club nights and may wish to book us?
