Ideas please

Hey Brothers , i am from a country (in Sudamerica) where the reggae is not very popular .The people listening only to the popular artist ( Bob Marley , Ub40, Matisyahu ). I wanna make a Web about reggae (roots reggae music) , so the people will know others artist and the reggae culture. But i dont know really what type of web can i do. If you brothers have some ideas for this new web , please tell me , i will pay attention to all of them!!
