Yes bredrin it has been about twenty years since this talented musician was viciously murdered and it was a loss to the reggae world same with Hugh Mundell and King Tubby.The question i pose to you rasta`s is there any other classics of this original and militant artist.I man is a big Peter Tosh fan and have many of he`s albums such as Collection Gold,Bush Doctor,Mama Africa,Legalize It,Can`t Blame the Youth,Black Dignity,No Nuclear War and one of the the best albums he ever essembled in my opinion Wanted Dread and Alive.Can you name any others to bring to my knowledge thanks.
Jah bless and guide.Rasta

Ok, I've never listened to this collection, but it is highly recommended in the Rough Guide to Reggae--starred review.
[cover=3942,4047]
Peter Tosh "The Toughest" on Hearbeat.
Early reggae-- Studio One and Scratch Perry productions.
As I've said, I haven't actually listened to it. It's on my "to find" list.

...it's not an album but a wicked tune in my opinion is **oh bumbo klaat**, or something like that...he sings about a duppy spirit that binded him to the bed, then he suddently scream **BUMBO KLAAT!!" and the duppy goes away...i got it on a 12" inch on EMI records, it is also available on 7" (same label) and INTEL-DIPLO...try to check it out !!
...sorry for my average english !! ;P

I noticed that you didn't list Equal Rights. If you don't have that LP, I would rush out and get it. It is my favorite LP by Tosh. I Am That I Am is worth the price alone. Mystic Man is also very good and very similar to Bush Doctor.
