Re: Don't understand this forum
Sometimes they get moved because the threads go off topic.
Sometimes because there is some kind of commercial content.
Some of them you list are obviously off topic, like CD or Vinyl.
Other times, I'm not sure. I'm a new Mod and still trying to get my head around all this!!

Hi
I started the "Reggae Shops In Brighton" thread off-topic as I felt it was a post that wouldn't promote a discussion relating to reggae. And, no surprises, it didn't.
I've read the responses I received and still feel I was right to post it off-topic.

Re: Don't understand this forum
I think your doing a good job leggo, sometimes its hard to see where the lines are in this, of course everything on the forum is reggae related so its easy to think things should be in the reggae bit. Time will help; it takes a while for the people on the forums to get used to more sections also.

Thanks James, but I'm a small cog in a big machine. Just a tiny part of the Roots-Archives team.
I also think the off topic area needs a few threads moved that way now and then to keep it alive!

I'd like to just share some off topic thoughts with people who have an interest in reggae, doesn't make sense to move reggae related threads in here to "keep it alive".
