I can't confirm but from what I hear "Mr Cop" is the only track that has the Upsetter written all over it.
I just listened to the version of 'Warrior' and I can't really say it's an Upsetter mix. Same goes for 'Jailer'.

"Jailer Jailer" and "Warrior" are Black Ark recordings from ca 74'. You can recognize the instruments immediately (percussion, drums, organ).
