Heavy Manners

Does anyone recognize the song with the lyrics "we have them under manners, heavy heavy heavy manners" that could be heard in the classic Reggae Documentary: Roots, Rock, Reggae when discussing Michael Manley & the PNP?

Its not the Prince Far I song though the titles may be similar. Its more of an early 70's reggae about Michael Manley. I can't find it anywhere. Gives thanks for all your help.

Chances are good that it's a Clancy Eccles produced tune, as he was one of the few who was very open about his political affiliations. He was a brave man, as back then, stating which "side" you are on could cost you your life. If you mention the program chapter and the time, I will give it a listen.

The songs starts 3:55 into the clip. I think your right with the Clancy Eccles production but its not "Rod of Correction".
