I think that if we have more than one moderator and also have an authorisation step in the registering then we'd be free of this. Because the forum can still be a good source of information if it just can work under the conditions it deserves.

I cannot understand why the bastards are doing this.
Advertising products that way will only bear ressentiments against these products. So what is the sense?
Or is it just fun for poor minded people?

As I said on the other thread, stop newly-registered users from posting URLs until they've made 10 (or 20, or whatever) posts. Or have any posts from new users that contain URLs go onto the moderation pile to be reviewed manually.
