Major thanks to all involved with the update! Despite the spam, I've been enjoying the vibes at RA more than the other major reggae message boards recently. RA has always seemed less elitist to me: less concern with the ancillary aspects of reggae obsession (e.g. auction totals and rarity) and more discussion of the music.

A comment section for RA entries and the ability to view all recent comments, would be fantastic. Excellent idea.

I am also interested in a Roots Archives t-shirt. That ad has been making me regretful for too many years!

I went into Advanced Search box today to find out some information and realised there is no Search Topic function anymore . Or is it me doing something wrong ? Help !!

Edit : Cancel that ! I 've just realised the search function is at the bottom of the page . ( The problem of searching on a smartphone , when you haven't got it on full page , doh !! )

you must have noticed that we replaced the banner on top of the forum page.i couldn't find the sources for the old one and we needed a larger page for the forum

we changed the search in the forum (the old one wasn't working well, excluding too many words from the search). we also changed attachments display and a few other details

and finally we started updating the database. I started with pressure sounds & vp as well as a few other random releases. being up to date after 5 years will take some time ...

oh i almost forgot, we ordered a new batch of 100 tshirts, so we should open the store in 2 weeks, as soon as we receive them (exact replica of the old tshirt)

Any chance of allowing smilies to be used again ? Quite often they are useful to take the " sting " out of a comment or opinion , so as not to cause offence to other readers ! .
