Jah through the words of the wise man moses said not to mark your skin though many african tribes including ethiopians mark their skin straight throughout life. If you is rasta do not get any tattoos but if you had some previously done before you saw the light then by all means cover it with rasta.

It is an abomination onto the almighty GOd for any man to put a mark on his body. We are made in the image of GOD . How dare anyman to think that they can improve upon what GOd have made
Leviticus 19:28 'Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD'.
1 Corinthians 3:16 'Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you'?
1 Corinthians 3:17 'If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are'.
Your body is the temple of God. It is a criminal offence in England to deface the Queen's head on any stamp of on any money. What more worse can it be for a man to put graffitti on what GOD has created.....

OK, respect your wish for a tatoo. Cannot recommend it cause it can harm your energetic balance. Practitioners of traditional chinese medicine would dehort, too. So pls think it over one more time.
