They are not same exactly jahadambom, chapter 2 have horns where the chapter 1 have flut...
There are early cuts of I Am A Levi (Concrete Jungle and Basic Channel re-issue) and Jah Heavy Load (Concrete Jungle and Lucky), these are completely different from the Island/Jahmani LPs. This Jah Heavy Load got repressed in the early 90's...

Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 of Haile I Hymn are two different mixes of the same album.
Ijahman was not satisfied with the Island mix, too many parts were left off the final mix (horns, etc.).
