i'm dying to hear the upsetter version

if and when you find the carib gems version, make sure it is really observe life. thats what the label says but as i found out at sounds of the universe a couple years ago, that label was also put on another record by an unknown female vocalist, on an entirely different riddim. was kind of disappointing when i got home and listened to it. i could have returned it but decided to keep it as an oddity. meanwhile my brethren peter levi sent me a proper copy of it. i forget but its possible the matrix number was the same on both.

i wouldnt be surprised if it did, i think i remember a repress a few years ago, and it could have had an earlier ja release, before the carib gems one...pretty sure carib gems (adrian sherwood?) just licensed it for the uk.
