Best Singer i can agree with Kalcidis Barrington Levy really gave life to everything he was on.

As for DJ i feel that there are a few that is quite difficult to say whose best.

I like Josy Wales, I.Roy and Big Youth a lot.

I also agree with dread, impossible to pick just one singer and one DJ in a music that has so much talented musicians.... if i'd answer this question a few hours later (or even minutes...), probably my answer would not be the same....

I guess my vote seems to affected by "voices" coming from my speakers... lol
