On the wackie's Bubble Up version, he sings "the love inna mi heart for Jah... it just a bubble up..."
On the greensleeves Chip In versions he sings "The Love inna mi heart for collie..."
There are only small differences on the lyrics, but in fact it's the same song... one version in the classic junjo/radics style, and the other on the rootsy/dub bullwackie's new york style....
Although I love Radics, I have to say that the Wackie's version is PURE KILLER!

I was putting together a Scientist "Rids...." Showcase and the Dub Directory said "Bubbling" was the vocal cut to "Blood On His Lips".
Although I thought "Love In A Mi Heart"
was the correct I wasn't 100% sure as the dub cut doesn't have the distinctive soprano sax motif running through it.
