If you like cheesy old-school kung-fu like I do (wire-works, bad dubbing, elaborate costumes, etc), then Shaw Bros. flicks are a great place to start. Here are some of my top picks:

Chinese Super Ninjas [1983]
Iron Fingers of Death (aka Shaolin Prince) [1982]
Five Deadly Venoms [1978]
Return of the Five Deadly Venoms [1979]
Shaolin Vs. Lama [1983]
Shaolin Challenges Ninja [1978]
Avenging Warriors of Shaolin [1978]
Fist of the White Lotus [1980]
Shaolin Intruders [1983]

Keep in mind if you order DVDs to check to make sure you are getting the English dubbed version and also that it's Region 0 (all region coding). And verify the exact titles because there are some spin-off films with similar titles (much like the reggae re-issues, eh?) There are also versions in Chinese, so be careful and make sure that you choose the correct DVD! www.HKflix.com is a pretty good place to get these, I have ordered from them several times and have been pleased.
