It is my opinion: , Ebreggae the sending tax is very high, lives in Brazil and buys in the Europe, not yet had problems there .good luck friend

@seb: it seems it has been a while since you ordered at Ernie B. These days you can also choose for much cheaper ways of shipment. Even I order there sometimes...

In general: I think most people expect a confirmation e-mail as soon they have ordered and a second e-mail as soon as the order has shipped but that's not how it works at EB. Perhaps a suggestion for change?

Shopping at Ernie`s is ok. BUT fed ex to Germany + 19% import tax is too heavy for me.
For example: A 100 dollar order costs additional 70 dollars. I can`t take it no more.

They are a brilliant organisation,probably the only place where you can be guaranteed to get a service when buying reggae music.My shipment is always on time.NO HUSTLE at all

I'm with you, never a problem and what a selection!

always bought and never had a problem was perhaps misplaced

Ordering (Dutchie) CDs @ EB for over 6 or 7 years.
Never had any probs, every order was delivered within 5 or 6 days.

never had a problem with them .very reliable..always use normal postage and it arrives safely..why fedex?not worth it
