I have a vague recollection of a DJ cut in the mid 80s called "Pon the Wheel"? which may have been about bikes.
Also there's some bike lyrics in "A Little Longer" by Spanna & Freddie Mckay:

those are about motorcycles though, i know they're both called "bike" but they're still very different
