isnt sugar minott running a yute club for ghetto kids? i think i hear him say that one time in a interview.

and byles...coke mash up the strongest man and byles was not the strongest..nothing else i can imagine....i hear people sayin he got mad because they said selassie died and he couldnt stand that but that is a foolishness. this comes from people who ve seen him daily before he tryed to step on stage again...
one more thing...i was listening the dubplates from the rootsman session back then and really this artist sounds exactly in 5 words like original byles rest sounds like a different untalnted artist. he couldnt catch notes.. but maybe it depends on his mood because at rebel salute people say he was fulla shine. and i saw the pics he was dressed like a captain he did look like old selassie so i thought he is back again but then the dubsession and from dat i don't hear nothing.

one more thing i cant get over is how a such talented man dont have a bag of records or at least 2-3 album? how long he was operating before him gone on the lowside?

Yes, Sugar has always been very busy promoting the ghetto youth. He was on the brink of international superstardom at one point but chose to stay home in the Yard.

As for reggae stars with mashed up brains..

Like Sugar sings:

"Strictly Sesni I man smoke, I don't deal wid no coke"

"If you are looking for cocaine, you can examine this here brain, you will be doing it in vain"

Go deh Sugar!

Keep it clean, keep it green.

I know where he is....:)

He is......

"In the valley" and "I though you knew"

Or he could be...

"In the mountain",.."Where the green herbs grow"

to each their own, but i sometimes get the impression that reggae music is 'herb music' according to some here, as if all of us take a draw every once in a while

i don't think it is, i don't and won't take a smoke

reggae is just as good, if not better, without substances

just my opinion
