Yeah bra i listen to other music such as hip hop,trance,electronic funk,house and other tunes but i have noticed that i only listen to those types of genre`s when im out and about.

When im at home its jus strickly reggae sounds but i mon reckon that if ya have a big enough collection that contains many various artists and styles ya can always listen to the album that fits that type of mood.

You must not feel bad that ya listen 2 different sounds becuz i do as well but being a rastaman and die hard reggae dreadlock i cannot ever get bored mainly becuz of my fortunately large collection which gives i diversity and mood selection.

Yes i do, poorbeats.It always happens, once every few months i just dont particularly fancy my reggae and then i check out Bryan Ferry, Gary Numan, OMD,Goldfrapp, Loreena McKennit, etc. Variety is the spice of life.

When I am in my room / office /den - call it what you will at home (where I often also work from) it's just about reggae wall to wall. And there's enough of it here to NEVER get bored.

Out and about I'll often stick Johnny Cash or Led Zeppelin or something different on my iPhone to listen to. When I am driving, which isn't that often nowadays, I'll play some reggae, some rock, some Bowie, some Johnny Cash and even a bit of 'house' music every now and then.

well, not only bored by reggae, there are days i don't listen to any music. i have tons of stuff (maybe too much, it often happens when i am looking for a special track or an alternate version i can't find it in time .....) but sometimes i am just not in the mood for listening. and when i listen, i really listen (e.g. deep tubby dubs) and not only as "background" music. and when i start a session it can last some hours. at the moment i think i have 50 cds i still haven't heard once .... ok most of it jazz or lounge stuff ...........

comparing all styles 70s reggae is still my favorite music.

i like dub riddims the most and listen to jamaican music the most. i don't get bored of it but i do also like other music. i am a music fanatic. variety is the spice of life. imagine eating only the same meal over and over again, that would be boring!
there is way too much good music out there that is good for the body and soul. i think that anyone who disagrees is only missing out on expanding their horizons.

i sleep to reggae/dancehall/dub and wake up to reggae/dancehall/dub. Sometimes i take a break with mento, soca...

I love almost all chunes done before 1990. rarely dance to reggae... but play a cool funk n u'll think I've gone nuts coz I can really do d break dance n all those styles!!!
NB:this happens once in 4 months, I've got tonnes of reggae tunes... foundation(60%), new &old school riddims... etc etc
