Don't know if it's the same one as Starkey Banton but there was a pretty good one called "Rubble Dub - MCs Choice" by the Reprobates in a home made cartoon Flintstones sleeve - a bit basic stuff and too many straight 4 to the bar drumbeats for my liking but I still play it from time to time. Designed for playing out with your own MC at the mike I guess.

I liked Smiley Culture's "Cockney Translation" though!
