yes truths&rights it is the same guy .
i ve just look on their 1st album "Victim" ,lead Vocal Anthony "Benjamin" Rockwood with Alan Kingpin , on the I&I album it s still them on lead Vocal .But on the 1984 album "Ghetto Rock" it s not them on lead vocal anymore lead are Trevor Seal Salmon & Patrick Chiki Donegan .
An interesting question is in 1984 did t Benjamin & Alan Kingpin leave the band for a solo career to Ariwa label ?? it s possible but the "Ghetto Rock" Lp was recorded in ariwa by mad Professor for Greensleeves so they should not have any problem to participate on this album.
the 2 nd possibility is that the 2 singers were in jail at this time cause Alan kingpin did his 1st solo album for Ariwa after a period of jail great LP Letter From Jail ( with a version of Where is jah & the great Daughter of Israel).
