This is my favorite cut on the Sleng Teng riddim. Is it really hard to find? I've looked and can't find it anywhere. Was it ever re-released on anything?

First of all i am from South Africa and was a boy at the age of six when Nelson Mandela was set free and was ten when he was sworn into presidency of what is now known as the new South Africa.I am very fortunate to have grown up through such a change and respect the great man so much for uniting a very diverse country such as S.A. Long Live Nelson.....
I have a tune on cassette which was a various artists compilation so i`m unsure of the title and the artist that sung it but it goes like this:
[CHORUS] "Free Free oh oh set me free right now. For sixteen years they`ve held you! and they`ll never never set you free! because they see you as a threat. With guns and chains they hold you.I said Nelson Mandela we always going to pray for you.The winds of change is blowing and they`ll set her people free."[CHORUS].
If someone can could name this tune and it`s artist i`d be very appreciative(tu)
Another tune i own that`s about the great man is:Mutabaruka-Beware.
