Thanks for the help! I found the Misty In Roots song - but it is not the song (nor the artist) we are seeking. However, many thanks for turnign me on to very good band.

I am hoping my brother-in-law gets the cassette tape burned to .mp3 for me soon so I can post it and see if anyone recognizes it once heard.

My apologies. I have yet to find the song, but I have tracked down the recording my father made. My brother-in-law was supposed to scan it into the computer, but failed. So, I will get the tape back from him and get it uploaded so people can hear it and weigh in. Thank you for all of your help so far. We'll get this figured out.
