Which is quite simply the rerelease of their first album, originally called 'Amigo'. Came out in England on the Ensign label.
They had a great dub album to that one too, 'Ogima dub slate', one of the best british dub records of all time.

I think the bassplayer of Black Slate had a dub album out in his own name circa '83, Red Hot Dub by Ras Elroy Bailey - anyone heard it?

Elroy Bailey 'Red Hot Dub' on Burning Vibrations (BV 1006 LP), released around 1981.
A rather nice but unspectacular affair. No relation to any Black Slate tracks. Sound is like a more instrumental Creation Rebel, without too much effects that is. Mot tracks are saxophone-dominated.

yes my bredin, he was de bass player for black slate, just that he was call back then Ras Elroy, i fin their sound very familiar to Six One plus Dub...they have the same drum sound but with a little sax added..and some effects that black slate din;t use, I find it more Crucial,
