I don't like "Beautiful Girls" because whenever I hear it, I get the hook stuck in my head all day. I understand that's what they're going for, but I feel that repeating "suicidal" for hours on end is not a healthy mantra. Also, considering that the target demographic for that song was/is impressionable, hormonal teens, I just don't feel it was a responsible release.

I respect the artist and opinions and like my brethren said "everyone got its own opinions". I just don't like the fact that the artist is just beginning with his career and is quickly relating himself with "reggae" greats, for a what purpose I don't know...

LOL, can you enlight me about the Jack Ruby's "legendary Studio"?

Actually Ruby used Randys, Harry J and Channel One studio for most, if not all, of his session...

The only mention of an other studio is from Clappers label, and to be honnest I doubt the credits tell the truth. On Black Slavery Days comp there is a mention of TSOSA Studio for The Sound Of St Anns Studio. On the Jack Ruby HI FI comp they mention Jack Ruby Studio, Ocho Rios. None of these name appeared anywhere else.

It's well known, JR had a shop and a sound system, but never heard about a studio.

this guy claims a lot of dubious things , he also stated Ruby did a lot of recording sessions with Bob Marley and that Buju Banton is his uncle...

Nefta, you probably saw a studio on the video. This does not mean the studio existed in the secondpart of the 70's.

If you like Jack Ruby material and want to learn some details about him, just read Heartbeat sleeve notes.
