Red Cloud were I believe, some of the members of Black Slate,who had a hit with 'Amigo'
The Album 'Dark end of the street' didnt really do it for me but the song Good Morning Mr Drummond is great, love the vocal style on that

Only Keith from Black Slate. The others are well known London reggae veterans.
Ex-members of Undivided, Cimarons, etc...
They had a minor hit around 87 with "The System" (crossover roots reggae with videoclip included!)...I bought that 12" at the time expecting a more 70s roots type of production.
