When I was living in Japan, about 10 years ago, I started to check out Japanese 7" releases of all kinds of music and picked up a PINK FLOYD single, but thought it was too expensive at 3000 yen, which is roughly US 30 dollars.
A little later I saw it in RECORD COLLECTOR for 500 Pounds!
If you want to buy it today you will need about 1300 to 1500 pounds!!
I did get a couple of PRINCE singles for 200 yen
which are now worth about US 200 dollars.
Gotta laugh !

Thanks a lot Dave. I don't know much about the man, so that is very interesting information. I'll have to read up on his biography and then I'll understand.
