robe619, i can understand your point about trading with a stranger, but i'm sure most of the people on here are straight up people. a new name, maybe i would be careful, but a name i see a lot, ya i would trust him. i've traded with a few people here and never had a problem. a lot of the names here i feel i know them even though i've never met them. i think its important to show some trust to people. but as i say i can see your point. big up.

you said you sent the record already 4 times since July we're in february now...so I'll not delete this post until the record gets there.

RA: I never got jacked by this guy, but I hit him up about some records he was offereing for trade via RA and when I called him up (because I know his friends) he talked real BIg but never did anything he said he would do...just gave many excuses for not returning my calls, and for not following through....he never actually called me back until I made a big fuss with his friends (publicly, kind of like you did on the RA), then he called me immediately with more excuses. At that point, I labelled him an unreliable source and even worse, a flake... and I never attempted to deal with him again. Even though he continued to ask for the same records as well as offer the same records for trade (online)...I knew he had no intention of following through with his word to me or anyone else. Seems he just wanted me to turn him on to some rarities and crucials, but not so that we can trade, but rather so that he can get the artist & title name so he can go look for it elsewhere...and with absolutely no intention of giving up the record she was offering (that is IF he even had it in the first place). He put up sound clips as if to prove he had something in his posession, but I never actually saw him (physically) with these items he speaks of. Sad, Isn't it?
Again, this guy never jacked me for anything (got a few rare reggae title names off of me, but thats it)- but he sure did get me excited, for nothing, and took me for a short ride. Not cool at all.

GHELMER: BTW I was trying to get the Africa Iron Gate showcase V.A. - LP from him and also the Determination (V.A. - LP) vol. 2 from him....never saw them from him!

wow adam. hahah thats a joke to me man. you went out of your way to get my number to trade me stuff that i didnt want. offering me crime act for africa iron gate and i wasnt feeling it cause we all know its not worth it. and for you to come on here and talk about something you have no idea about is pretty funny to me. if anything i put you up on stuff. . . wayde dyce . . i dont think you knew about that single until i told you about it then who buys it on ebay a month lateR?? its not a competition, its all spreading knowledge but if you want to look at it as me trying to to get put up on stuff from you then feel good about yourself buddy. i know people you know and vice versa so whatever but its just funny to me how u throw in your 2 cents. and i def. never said i had stuff i dont have. . . so next time you have an issue you should address me.
