The dub you mention above is not "Promise Land (Jah For I)" Rock Tone Band but a dub of Mutiny - Winston "Niney" Holness & The Observers.

Rocktones music was released in the Uk on Militant records which was owned by stafford of mafiatone, a birmingham sound system.Perhaps this is the cause of confusion..rocktones are from yard
