Leggo Beast refers to its name: as stated earlier:
a beast which has been let loose, let go. An example would be let loose, like a donkey, a mule, a goat, or a horse running free, without constraint. Personally, its an allegory

LEGGO just means TO LET GO which means TO CUT LOOSE/ GO CRAZY
or do something without care or caution.
A LEGGO BEAST then would be A PARTY ANIMAL ..
This also could be interpreted or used in a derogatory way like when someone is just plain crazy or psycho!!!
