The only problem with that is that I INTEND on submitting it to film festivals and if it's accepted, they need to see the paperwork.

"I Am The Upsetter" on the Heartbeat collection (Explosive Rocksteady) is a collection of the Joe Gibbs' Amalgamated Label. And VP Records purchased as far I know the Joe Gibbs production catalogue and possibly this track is included and they have official access to it.
Be prepared to have budget and good luck!
