i wouldn't say it's too rare, you can find it on ebay occassionally. i myself found my G.I. Victim album on the C&E label at a used record store, years back. it is produced by hugh "redman" james, but i never seen it released under his own redman label. there was also Little John's- Rubber Dub One also on the C&E label that i also own, which came out the same year as the Cool Ruler's "victim" album. both nice albums. from what i remember, they shared some of the same track riddims, but i don't think entirely. by the way, the little john album was also a redman james production.

The real original Shaka killers!

Some people should stop the idolatry of reggae personalities and start focusing on what they enjoy themselves instead. I think they'll notice quite quick that music is much more enjoyable that way.

I don't think this LP is very rare, ive seen it on ebay a few times for no more then 20$ both on C&E label (Uk press) and on Redman.
Actually, while typing it i just saw it up on ebay right now for 30 something $

Enjoy the music! not the chase!

Blessings

What no-one has mentioned is what a fine LP this. Many had thought that Gregory was "done" by that time, but he surprised everyone with an extremely good performance over some heavyweight riddims.

Rare? Roast Beef is rare.
Excellent? Yes it is.
