gunosantos,

Best wishes for speedy recovery!

This is a great thread to drop in on now and again.

Right now, I'm listening to DUBD'SCO Vol. 1, Battering Down is just finishing up.

Peace,

James

I've been listening to Gunosantos' brilliant radio stream on live365 all morning while I cleaned the house up!

Now I am sat down in my den and spinning:

Kotch - Clock - Mango 12 inch

I have it on repeat, on the third spin now!

It's not of the Roots Archives era, but boy, it rocks. Digital reggae at its absolute finest.

I've played Kotch - Clock so many times today I've nearly worn through the wax! I played it so loud the windows, doors and floors were all buzzing.

This is one of the sixty 12 inch 45s that came in the Ariwa / Greensleeves / Mango digi collection. So far, it is the best. It's a tune I remember from the early 90s but I had forgotten just how GREAT it is.

Now I am back to listening to Rockers Foundation Radio - Everyone Big Up Gunosantos - he's a rare man among men in that he DOES while others just TALK. Keep your eye on him, he will go far.
