levi roots has a new book on the shelves..the reggae cookbook..a bit disappointing as it is full of fish and chicken recipes.

not sure if its been posted as the number of pages in this thread is massive. But wife and I love VEGWEB.com for vegan and vegetarian recipes. all categories as well. Carribbean, thai, chinese, Italian, etc. Some have become my favorites such as Buffalo wing Seatan, General TSO's tofu, and jerk tempeh

If you haven't already, you must try Quinoa. It is an ancient Incan grain that is a complete protein. To me, it tastes like brocolli and brown rice at the same time.

you may also try the vegan forum, its a place for vegans and vegetarians to discuss life etc.quite good overall.and yes i love tempeh , tofu and seitan

The vegetarians are eating the solution to world polution while meat eaters are eating the problem. The animals we eat produce methane that polute the ozone layer. The plants (vegetarian diet) help clean this. I'm trying to help the problem and the "Veggies" are eating the chance away to help clean the athmosphere.....
