thanks for the input 6anbatte!
It's been a while I don't change the playlist... you were lucky to catch this "Negus Roots" Showcase coz I usually change the playlist each week or 2... this one is going for 3 weeks on air... but certainly Negus Roots stuff are amongst my favorites!
Blessings,

I had forgotten how good that "sound" is. The only album I had was "Suffering" by Don Carlos. Bought it in '81 and foolishly sold it in '82!! Mail order from Dub Vendor! Ah, memories.
I ordered that (or "Prophesy" as it now appears to be called), Lacksley Castell's "Morning Glory" and Horace Martin's "Pozitive Vibez".
What else SHOULD I have?

I personally enjoy every single Negus Roots release, but I'd say that Voice Of Progress "Mini Bus Driver" and also Lacksley Castell "Princess Lady" are also a must have!
Don't forget to check for the Dub versions to both Lacksley's album, and Pappa Tullo deejay versions on the album "Tullo At Home" are also very unique... wicked style! Hope they re-press these ones too, cause they're long unavailable.
Blessings,

Hi Gunosantos
Apologies I do have Voice Of Progress "Mini Bus Driver". Sorry, I had forgotten about that for some reason.
Ordering "Princess Lady" now.
I will try and track these down;
Sly & Robbie - Dub Rockers Delight
Negus Roots Meets The Mad Professor - In A Rub A Dub Style Dub Rockers Vol. 2
Do like the sound of those!
Don't know Papa Tullo at all.
Thanks for the info!

Hi Gunosantos
Just see a battered Papa Tullo 12" "Rub A Dub" on Negus Roots for £9.99. Worth buying or too rich?
