IrieMystic, you seem to be missing the point that I am trying to make.

I am talking about the legal process not the charges. Both situations can be compared in so far as they both went to court, they both got convicted, and both got sent to prison.

Now when there is controversy surrounding a conviction (as there was with Nelson Mandela, as there is with Jah Cure) one can never say definatively that the judgement is either right or correct.

Only time will tell, as it did with Nelson :)

so mr cure is about to be released any day now, at the end of this month

he has a marvellous voice and some nice lyrics, but after reading an interview with the victim of this so called rape in the gleaner, google it and you'll find it, i am not as convinced he is innocent and was trapped/set up back in 1998, so the music and credibility sort of follows that

only she and him will ever know the real truth of what happened, but it seems a lot of those entertainers who pleaded for her to change her story seems to have left his case, some might believe he was or is guilty

regardless, i think he will have some difficulty showing up in europe, many will not believe his 'innocent story

it might work better for him in jamaica and america, but we'll see what becomes of his comeback
