anbatte : Whoa, yeah totally different, even the matrix.
Appears yours is from 2001, maybe there lies the difference.
Also looks like Blue Moon/Magnum changed to TKO/Mag Mid.
I'd guess it's not bootleggy though, just a repress of a repress.

Hey Sean
How did you get on with it?
Knowing your penchant for dub if it got the thumbs up I'd check out these;
[cover=4701,1655]
[cover=6791,4734]
There is also "Dub Rockers Vol 2", but the other 2 seem easier to get hold of.
[cover=4696,3871]
Oh and for some DJ stylee;
**["Straight To The Government"](
http://www.systemrecords.co.uk/papatull ... 27846.html)**, which seems to have morphed from the less readily available "Tullo At Home";
[cover=1055,1212]

yes , the dubs are real cool too, funnily enough considering your comments on the cd cover, it was the "feel" of the album, with versions too, that drew me back to the shop, an hour after i saw album, to buy it. irresistible don carlos !!happy easter

I have the same copy as Matthew. Blue Moon CDs tend to be good/great in sound quality.
6anbette-you might want to try to pick up that label's release if you get a chance.
Great release. The label also put out Harvest Time which I believe is on a par with Prophecy or at least close.

D-Los Albums on Negus Roots are Phenomenal.
Change subject...
Speaking of those Dub Albums on Negus Roots...I used to have the Dub Rockers Delight (AKA Dub of Lacksley castell's Morning Glory LP) anbd I sold it because the mixdown was very boring. (Mixing Engineers : Phillip Zadie & Jeff Chandler & Jah Mike & Errol Brown & Robert Flako Palmer)
Nothing exciting, dubby or novel....just simple riddim tracks. Made me realize how much value the vocals of Lacksley castell really adds to those riddim tracks. I would even venture to say that it could have been a GREAT dubb album if they would have allowed the likes of scientist to Mix it. Now the other two dubb Albums shown above are of a different story, They are mixed by Gussie Prento and MAd Professor, made a big difference IMHO.

the track named prophecy is a wondrous track, complete with a bounding dub riddim plus a version side, what great music, DC at his very best.

Hi Jason
To be honest I'm going to digitise my vinyl copy when I get a chance. Must stop being so lazy.
Can't agree with you regarding "Harvest Time" as it really isn't a patch on "Suffering/Prophesy". In fact, the title track is the only track that is as good as anything on "Suffering/Prophesy". Just my opinion, of course.
