Hi Leggo Rocker
From "Showcase" -
http://www.roots-archives.com/release/2 ... light=2905
If you don't have this album buy it tomorrow!
An absolute scorcher I was pointed to by Rootsman Dave.

Hi Riddle I
I think you are right, but I am merely quoting from the album cover, which I am holding in my hand.
It's a version of Johnny Clarke's "Dread A Dread".

Ah, yes 6anbatte. Funny thing you say that, because 'Drum Song' with Rockers Delight on it came in TODAY'S post and is sat waiting for cleaning! And now I notice I already have a version of that Showcase Bunny Lee CD:
http://www.roots-archives.com/release/226
BUT not on Bunny Lee CD but in fact on Sonic Sounds vinyl.
I get slightly confused about all these JM 'Showcase' LPs.
I also have:
http://www.roots-archives.com/release/2838
(trashy Abrahams pirate press)
This I have again on the Third World label (TDWD5), but titled 'The Original Jackie Mittoo' - and sadly no cover.
And - Not called Showcase - I also have this:
http://www.roots-archives.com/release/4397
Which so far I have struggled to get into.
The Keyboard King At Studio One CD was one of the first CDs I bought when getting back into buying reggae a few years back. It's a great purchase for anyone wishing to get to know this artist without spending too much:

I bought a "Japan only" release of Jackie Mittoo
about 2 and half years ago.
It has 15 tracks including two versions of Curly Locks.
Check it at

Hi Riddle I
Thank you, I stand corrected.
Printing errors? Pretty sure we wouldn't want it any other way.
