i got that pic sleeve aswel but it got repressed recently (1 month back?)... with dub!

Is the Original Music repress of 'Dont Cry' the same as that Blank 12inch then?? Vocal+dub, same mix?

No, unfortunately.
I have to add that this 7" is a *Swiss production* from the early 80's! Found it too by chance. I dont really enjoy the tune, but kept it as one of the rare national contribution to reggae in the early years. :)

The original music 7" repress is a totally different version. Same lyrics over a different (wicked) riddim.

gunos is that different to the blank 12" original too or just different to the swiss production? I'm sure i have heard of the ja cut coming on a 7" before...ultra rare i think...maybe on FOX label? could be wrong though

Sorry Vinnie, but it's not the same version from the picture sleeve 7" as I have both.

@Perilous: Not sure about the blank 12", but I believe is the same version of the picture sleeve 7" but with the dub included.
