Alton Ellis Best of... and Showcase, both Studio 1, hope what we heard yesterday wasn't true after all and you are still fighting on Alton, one of the true greats.

on cd, right now, The Revolutionaries, CHANNEL ONE REVISITED DUB, Topbeat International Production released through Reggae Retro.. its ritualistic, every night, once the cooking starts and the lager is out the fridge. TV is shit, radio is shit, so its music, which isn't shit, and the kitchen is a sanctuary.
Been on Tubby for days now. Couple more dub nights then its some ska. We'll see how it goes.

a very subtle classic dub album with some strong instrumental passages, a real 'meditation' in dub, giving to me via a real RA-friend, thank you again.

Listening to, for God knows how many times now , Pressure Drop and thinking just how on earth, in the pathetic lists of "Top Singles since the Doomsday Book" and other such chip paper, it fails to even enter into the thoughts of the generalissimo's who contribute. Unbelievable really. Never mind, Toots, we love you, and boy, that record just never ever sounds any less exciting with any and every play. FANTASTIC
