Lyndon Haughton (cited here for "Hustling Man") also recorded "East of Handsworth"
here some other I can't point out from memory:
Noel Mckoy & the Albian "The People". Noel McKoy is well known as a UK soul singer, but he started with two reggae discomix and "the people" is a strong one à la Shaka!
Fabian "profecy" and "Destiny" both for j Ruby
Ackee "Call Me rambo" I think he has a couple of other tunes
Daddy tar "Zig Zaya"
Moonrock "Unite jah people / Have no Fear" back to back killers, the only tunes I know from Moonrock
Tabby Cat Kelly "Don't Call Us Imigrant"
Shaloma "Good Vibrations" I don't know if she had any other released for mad prof or other producers.
