Im definetly noting some of these down for my vegetarian recipe book, been a vegetarian since i was 6 so im always looking for something new to try..
My whole family is vegetarian and quite a few are vegan, one of them even regards herself as a fruitarian (heh) as she only really eats fruit.

Anyhow, i dont have much interesting recipies to add except standard stuff, i have a few nice veg/vegan recipie books i could list though

one more..

ras berry cooler

1 pint of rice milk (cooled if possible)
1 handfull raspberries
1/2 handfull fresh spearmint leaves
a few ice cubes

combine all in a blender and whip it up
drink down

here is an e.z 1 or 2

raw green beans tossed with olive oil,fresh chopped dill,sea salt and and fresh crack black.

is quick,cheap live lovely salada

and to not resist the temptaions of fried tofu preffarbly grape seed oil fried,and slighly steamed broccoli mixed lightly with a black bean sauce(store bought-no sugar,no preservative one).

theese are some dishes we bring to community communal veggy/all natural gatherings, wich we like to support.We get to exchange culinary and and get loads of tips for our mini apple orchard .Good times.

Anyone have a nice recipe for Peanut Punch? Usually get mine from the carib place but a bit expensive to buy everyday

Ites Dr Tahl!

***PEANUT ITAL PUNCH***

Ingredients:

smooth peanut butter (2/3 cup)
coconut or rice milk (3 cups)
brown sugar (4 likkle spoons)
juice of half lemon
a dash of cinnamon
a dash of powdered ginger
vanilla extract ( 1 likkle spoon)


Put all ingredients ina blender and blend until it´s thick and frothy. Then serve immediately
